Useful features. Minimal data.
This policy explains how Altitude Tech Life apps handle data, permissions, and device features—in direct language designed to be understood.
Privacy is the default, not an add-on.
Altitude Tech Life apps are built without unnecessary identity, advertising, or tracking systems.
- We do not sell user data.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not require user accounts for the apps listed below.
- Permissions are used only for the features described here.
What each app uses—and why.
Local storage and Apple-provided services are used only when they support a visible app feature. The sections below describe those uses.
Fobul
A private, offline-capable reflex game for iPhone. The Fobul app does not transmit personal data or other user data to Altitude Tech Life.
No account, ads, analytics, or tracking
Fobul requires no Fobul-owned player account and includes no advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Altitude Tech Life does not operate a gameplay or entitlement server.
Private game modes
Solo, Rival, and Pass & Play work without a gameplay connection. Rival progress and Pass & Play results remain on the device. Version 1.0 has no Game Center or Live Friend mode.
Local game data
Saved runs, settings, high scores, statistics, Rival progress, the free-game allowance, and cached Full Game Unlock status are stored locally and used only to provide app features.
Ten-game allowance and Keychain
The remaining allowance and an exhausted-allowance marker are stored on the device, including in the iOS Keychain. They are not sent to Altitude Tech Life and are used only to determine whether a new game may begin.
StoreKit, Full Game Unlock, and Family Sharing
The optional one-time Full Game Unlock uses Apple StoreKit and has Family Sharing enabled. StoreKit communicates with Apple to load product information, complete or restore a purchase, verify a direct or family-shared entitlement, and redeem an eligible offer code. Apple handles account, payment, sharing, and redemption information; Altitude Tech Life receives no payment-card details.
Support and selected offer codes
If someone voluntarily emails support, Altitude Tech Life receives the sender’s email address and message only to answer the request. A minimal private record may be kept when an offer code is assigned to prevent duplicate delivery, then deleted when no longer needed.
Deleting Fobul removes ordinary app-container data. A free-game marker stored in the iOS Keychain may remain after deletion and reinstallation, subject to iOS behavior. Reinstalling is not intended to reset the ten included games. Full Game Unlock remains associated with its App Store entitlement and can be recognized or restored through StoreKit. Because the app does not transmit this information to Altitude Tech Life, its App Store privacy disclosure is Data Not Collected.
Afterburner Poker
A simulated Jacks or Better video poker game built for learning and entertainment.
Data collection
Afterburner Poker does not require a user account and does not collect personal information from users.
Local app data
Some gameplay settings or preferences may be stored locally on the device to support app functionality.
Afterburner Poker does not support real-money gambling, cash prizes, or redemption of value.
JamTheory
A guitar jamming and practice companion for iPhone and iPad with Apple Music backing tracks, fretboard visualization, tuning, and saved settings.
Microphone access
The tuner detects pitch, note name, frequency, cents offset, and tuning accuracy. Audio is used only for live feedback; it is not recorded, stored, or sent to Altitude Tech Life.
Apple Music / MusicKit
MusicKit supports backing-track discovery and playback. An Apple Music subscription is required for the full Jam Mode playback experience.
iCloud sync
JamTheory may use iCloud key-value storage to sync supported preferences, musical settings, display preferences, and saved favorite backing tracks.
Data collection
JamTheory does not require an Altitude Tech Life account, collect personal information, track users, or sell user data.
